Cristina Maria Fort Garcés, Creative Now Therapy

Somatic, Gestalt and Art Psychotherapist -

Welcome to Creative Now Therapy (CNT). We are Ariel – they/them, Autumn – she/her, Krisja – she/they, & Cristina – she/they. We offer Couples, Group, and Individual psychotherapy sessions. Our approach to therapy is holistic and enhances your ability to get your needs met and to make choices with more awareness and agency. We will assist you in tuning into your body, beliefs, and defeating patterns in order to increase your ability to manage and express your emotions and to move more ably through difficult life circumstances.

For over a decade, Cristina Maria Fort Garcés, Clinical Director and Supervisor, has specialized in using somatic (body-based) and creative interventions alongside traditional talk therapy to approach: depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, life transitions, and strengthening communication in relationships.

Art Psychotherapist, LCAT, Ariel Roland Waring, works individually with children, adolescents, & adults. They specialize in working with queer, trans, GNC, & BIPOC folks who have experienced: trauma, abuse, depression, need assistance navigating non-monogamous relationships, & want to explore gender identity & sexuality.

Art Psychotherapist, Autumn Potter, LCAT, is an expert with children, adolescents & young adults. She has close to a decade of experience working as a teacher & actor. This has informed her ability to engage people safely & with compassion in the creative process.

Somatic/Movement Psychotherapist, Krisja Hendricks, LCAT & R-DMT, specializes in working with couples and group clients moving through anxiety, depression, addiction, and LGBTQIA+ dynamics. Krisja empowers their clients to understand how they exist in their bodies and how their bodies exist in the world, leading to a greater sense of whole self-acceptance. Krisja allows a safe space for all forms of self-expression and integrates DBT, mindfulness/bodyfullness techniques, and a motivational approach to enable clients to resolve patterns of unhelpful behaviors and thoughts.
