Together we strategize the best way to manage life stressors, heal from past or present trauma, and decrease symptoms of anxiety and depression.It takes great courage and vulnerability to begin therapy for the first time, or for the first time with a new therapist. I am here to offer a safe, supportive, authentic environment in which to begin that process.
