Confidence, self-love, feeling grounded, and balance each play a large role in how we cope with life’s stressors. Lacking in any one of these could easily result in some level of suffering. In addition, the world we live in can be stressful and overwhelming at times, with many faced with unresolved issues and emotional challenges.
My work as a therapist has centered around working with adult women of color to overcome unique challenges, including those related to transition, motherhood, and self-esteem. Overall, my practice seeks to help individuals and families restore self-compassion and balance in their lives.
