Claudia Sigala
Clinical Social Worker/Therapist - LCSW
In life we can experience chaos and turmoil that can make us feel lost. In psychotherapy I work with clients to manage the stress that may make them feel off-balanced and work towards creating a life in which they feel satisfied and fulfilled. My approach is client-focused and relational. I have successfully helped clients to identify the life they would like to live and change their patterns to accomplish the goals they strive for. My clients improve their ability to manage emotions, heal from past traumas, increase their self-awareness, and self-love!I have a Social Work degree from Columbia University and have been clinically trained in outstanding NYC hospital and outpatient clinic settings. I specialize in working with adults and the elderly. I am fluent in Spanish and have experience working with different cultural backgrounds.
