Innate Freedom Counselling adopts a person-centred approach to therapy. In person-centred therapy, you are believed to have the inner capacity to heal, thrive and grow, and reach your full potential. The therapist works alongside you in partnership, providing a warm, supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences.
Services at Innate Freedom include individual and couples therapy, tailored to your unique needs. Sessions are 50 minutes via a secure Telehealth platform, or by phone. This allows you to access counselling support from the comfort of home. Additionally, clients get access to free online programs to help manage stress, cope with anxiety, and develop self-care strategies.
