I am passionate about and committed to empowering people to make choices and implement change toward life balance and wellness. I believe that a person’s journey and success is enhanced when I help them to build a tool box that includes problem solving skills, a decision making process, stress reduction techniques, and an understanding of how to form positive boundaries and habits. My priority with counseling is maintaining a trusting, safe, private relationship with my clients.
