Cindy Hutton
Psychotherapist - LMHC, CGP
My approach begins with “meeting you where you are” on your journey to wellness. This involves having respect for your experiences, your current understanding of yourself, and your innate (though perhaps hidden) ability to help yourself. From there we work together to develop solutions for whatever brings you to treatment. This may include practical one-time solutions or more extensive behavior changes based on a deeper understanding of your personality and development. I believe the most effective therapeutic work takes place within the context of a healthy, professional relationship. Therefore I place a high value on creating an emotionally safe, respectful, and informed environment in which you can feel confident that you are getting expert care.
