Christine Senter
Psychotherapist, Licensed Mental Health Therapist, Expressive Arts Therapist - LMFT 113118
I believe that all people have innate skills and strengths and have the potential to live rich and meaningful lives but sometimes get stuck in patterns and behaviors that interfere with their ability to grow. I believe psychotherapy is an important tool to help people discover their natural ability to heal, to love and to live healthy and fulfilling lives. Our fast-paced and demanding lives can create uncomfortable stressors in individuals and families. My time with each client provides an opportunity for calm and reflection in challenging and stressful lives.
I have a warm, non-judgmental, accepting approach that provides a space and opportunity to address short and long terms goals, crisis situations, and long-term underlying issues. I work to help individuals better understand themselves, families and each other.
I have been trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy and in the Expressive Arts and bring art into sessions with both children and adults to add insight and deepen self-observation along with an array of other tools to help meet the client right where they are at.
