Christine Kreger
Therapist & Art Therapist - MA LMFT ATR
I believe that everyone has the ability to not need therapy – seriously. However, sometimes we have to go to therapy to find those tools again. It may seem hard to get your bearings, be comfortable with who you are, or feel that you are able to connect to anyone. Here’s the deal: I believe that therapy can help you regain that sense of connection and direction. It can provide you with some much needed support, safety, and encouragement to get through whatever it is that life has decided to throw your way. More importantly, I believe that therapy can strengthen and increase your self-esteem which seems to be continually knocked down by social media, relationships, and life in general. You have the ability to meet life on your terms, and therapy can help you do that.
