Do you feel isolated, alienated, overworked, or stressed out? Do you wonder what people are talking about when they use the words, “self-care”, “boundaries” or “personal time”?
I am a mindfulness practitioner who specializes in issues of acculturation, Asian American racial identity, stress, anxiety, perfectionism, and self-esteem. I provide a safe, collaborative, empathic environment for you to be heard, and be unburdened. I will help you cultivate the internal and external resources to live a richer, happier, and healthier life.
The therapeutic relationship is often a cornerstone to healing. I act as mirror and lens that allows you to reflect more clearly on your sense of self and focus on the issues you’re facing. I often utilize meditation, journaling, and other mindfulness-based skill building exercises- we will go at a pace that feels right for you.
Pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional. Don’t delay what can be done today. *Kindly email me for a reply.*
