This season of life, a great many of my clients are coming in after a full life of work and family and seeking that missing piece. I have a schedule too full to take on a new weekly or biweekly client,, but I have room for people who want to come in for a 90-minute Brainspotting session every 3 or 4 weeks or so.
If you seek relief and freedom from painful attachments, trauma, confusion, complicated grief or just plain feeling stuck, I can help. I will help you access your inspiration and energy for change while improving your relationship to the parts of you that fear and resist change. I enjoy helping people see their way clearly when they feel lost. I am an open and respectful support for religious minorities and the non-religious, as well as people of traditional religious backgrounds.
I have provided over 10K hours of Brainspotting, a targeted mindfulness practice that allows you to access your natural capacity to heal and create. Many people find it fascinating, whether using it for trauma, for enhancing performance and creativity, or for spiritual direction and growth.
In addition to in-person sessions in Oxford MS, I see counseling clients online in MS, TN & FL. I see clients for spiritual direction in Oxford MS or online anywhere. (I only speak English, unfortunately.) Fees are the same as for counseling, $350 per 90 minute session, so that I don’t have people signing up for Spiritual Direction when what they need is counseling :-).
