Dr. Chris Fragiskatos
Have the frustrations continued to mount?
Have the arguments become more frequent?
Do you ever feel that if he forgets dinner plans or puts work ahead of you just one more time you’re going to scream?
Are you tired of feeling left out, not appreciated, taken for granted, or just lonely in your own relationship?
If this is true for you, then you know the sadness, the isolation, and the confusion that not having a relationship with a strong emotional connection can cause.
If any of the above is true for you, Relationship Counseling can help. I’ve developed a counseling approach that helps partners determine the strengths in their relationship, and the areas that need improvement.
It’s a process that is not confrontational, non-accusatory, and only requires one partner to attend therapy. While you and your partner are both welcome to come to therapy, I also understand that there is a need at times to have your own space to work on yourself and your relationship privately.
My couples counseling approach works with one, or both partners.
