I’ve got you. I am an ACT therapist. I specialize in working with people who’s lives are not how they want them to be. This is painful! Through our work you will be able to live a calm, meaningful life even when our world is filled with uncertainty. You will find what you want to stand for in the face of COVID and live a life that is directed by you.

WHO: I’m a licensed psychotherapist, with more than ten years experience in psychotherapy and nearly 20 years in the field of mental health, helping countless clients struggling with the same issues as you.

I have worked in the field for nearly twenty years in a wide range of settings throughout the mental health profession. I have enjoyed working with people from many different backgrounds: folks born and raised in the US, expats, as well as, international clients. It is my greatest passion to help individuals who feel stuck and overwhelmed, uncover a life full of meaning.
