I work with all clients in honor of their inner journey, whether they are clearing trauma, getting through a life transition, or wish to strengthen their relationships with others, or simply would like to reconnect the body to mindful resilience and their clearest self acceptance and identity. I specialize in Anxiety, body image and problematic eating , addiction/recovery, amplifying your purpose, cellular view of healing unexplained or chronic physical symptoms. I use creative guided imagery, hypnotherapy, deeply supportive listening , educating in neuroscience, and Energy Psychology if client agrees or desires.I enjoy working with Adult individuals and Couples, Adolescents, and blended families.
