**Currently Conducting Telehealth Sessions**
Greetings! As a therapist I desire to provide my clients an atmosphere where they feel safe to share, uncover, and learn about themselves by establishing a therapeutic relationship. I use empathy and understanding to work collaboratively in order to individualize your session and obtain your goals. Life can feel overwhelming, therapy can feel overwhelming, I strive to empower you by determining the tools and strategies you need for your personal growth and happiness. In the words of Brené Brown “daring greatly means the courage to be vulnerable. It means to show up and be seen. To ask for what you need. To talk about how you’re feeling. To have the hard conversations.”
As we work alongside each other, I will use talk therapy in my sessions as a pathway for discovery and healing. I have been trained in a wide range of evidence-based strategies and techniques that include CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and other treatments. Every individual is worthy of acceptance and a non-judgmental environment where they can explore their past, present and future and establish new and healthy behaviors. Together we will set goals and the steps you need to reach them.
The first step is to schedule a 15 minute phone session to reflect on your needs.
