Welcome! I’m here to help with: work stress, worries, sleep issues, health challenges, grief and loss, parenting support, guilt and shame, career and life transitions. I enjoy working with people with multicultural backgrounds who have lived and worked overseas. I’ve worked with clients who are completely new to therapy and those who have tried working with different therapists. My intention is to help you heal and rediscover your voice. I have a background in medical social work with a particular focus on women’s health, pediatric health, and infectious disease. I have a non-judgmental, down-to-earth, warm style. For most clients, therapy is not long-term. It is a safe space to learn new skills and move on.
