Callie Hills
Licensed Therapist, Clinical Social Worker, ADHD and Polyamory Specialist -
I offer therapy to a broad population, with specific interest and focus in relationship therapy for clients in ENM, polyamorous, CNM, or other non-traditional relationship structures. I am passionate about working with clients who are seeking support for ADHD, and have extensive training in diagnosis, symptom management, and skill development for ADHD symptoms or diagnoses. I also specialize in disordered eating, poor body image, and burnout-all of which are often cooccurring with ADHD.
I empower my clients by establishing trust and consistently challenging them to work towards their goals. I aim to help each client develop a “toolbox” of strategies and skills that can be used to decrease stress, improve communication in relationships, process emotions, combat intrusive thoughts, or target other common obstacles one may face in life.
I believe that therapy is a way for us to intimately get to know who we are, and work towards living with authenticity as our favorite versions of ourselves. I would love to hear from you if you’d like to join me and be challenged to develop love for yourself and live with authenticity and freedom.
