Brittany Spencer

Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor - LGPC

Are you experiencing repeated setbacks or unhealthy patterns in your life? Have you contemplated therapy but don’t know what to expect? Beyond the myths, therapy can offer stability during your journey of self-discovery. Therapy is for those with self-awareness to recognize an additional need for support while balancing behavioral and emotional stressors.
I provide a safe environment for my clients in either an individual or group setting to build autonomy, self-esteem, and coping skills.Through compassion, empathy, and understanding clients begin to explore deeper parts of themselves. Together we address various aspects; depression, grief, LGBTQIA issues, performance anxiety and other life struggles.
