Brittany Rasky
Clinical Social Worker/Therapist -
My name is Britt Rasky and I’m a Clinical Social Worker. I am dedicated to helping neurodivergent individuals find their own version of success within our neurotypical world. I began my career helping ADHD & ASD students find success in the school environment, and have since transitioned to working in private practice with both teens & adults, as I can provide a more thorough support structure than I was able to within the school setting. My primary approach to therapy is Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). I love this approach as it is strengths-based, solution-focused, and teaches the client skills that they can take with them once therapy is over. I am casual, direct, and flexible in my practice. I like to use humor and personal examples. My therapy sessions are not just “venting” sessions; I work with my clients to help them understand their own internal system and why they behave & feel the way that they do.In the beginning our time together, you will feel Seen and Understood by me. Our journey will be dedicated to exploring your own internal world, and what happens inside of you across a variety of personal & professional situations. I want to help you understand YOURSELF, and find confidence that you can navigate your life independently and successfully.
