Brittany Bishop
Counselor, Art Therapist -
Do you constantly find yourself saying “yes” to every request? If you have found yourself frequently changing your plans to meet the needs of your friends, family, or coworkers, you probably have started to feel frustrated, burned out, and maybe even resentful towards these people. Do you find yourself constantly second-guessing your decisions? Do you often write off your opinions as “stupid” or “silly.” Perhaps you have even spent hours worrying about something you said or did. You may even feel as though you are so worried about making someone else uncomfortable that you stretch yourself extra thin.
What if life did not have to be this way?
Imagine yourself making decisions confidently. Imagine believing that your wants and needs are just as valuable as anyone else. Picture yourself living a life that you can have strong and happy relationships, without sacrificing your own happiness and comfort. Imagine knowing what you want and saying what you want without fear of rejection. What would change for you if you were able to recognize your value with conviction and confidence?
If this sounds like the life you are dreaming of, you are not alone. It is my passion to guide people down the path of strong self-confidence, helping them build their self-esteem, and recognize their worth. You spend so much time and energy giving yourself to others, without giving yourself the same love and respect. This is unsustainable. You deserve to see and treat yourself as an equal; not less than anyone else.
With my program, the Confidence Boost Camp, you receive services and tools to recognize your value, make actions and decisions with confidence, and love yourself both inside and out. This program includes 8 weeks of therapy and personalized yoga sessions, plus 2 bonus hair and scalp massage treatments. You will work with me, as well as a trained hairstylist and yoga teacher to strengthen your emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual health. No experience in yoga is needed. We work within your limits and make accommodations. This can include focusing on meditation, breathing exercises, or making adjustments to the physical practice of yoga. This program is unique to my practice and offers so much more than traditional therapy alone. I want you to treat yourself with the same love, respect, and compassion you give to all the other people in your life.
If you are tired of putting yourself last and are ready to transform your life to feeling confident and happy, don’t put it off any longer. Give me a call to book your free consultation. Your chance to discover the best version of you is right on the other end of this phone number: 779-456-5573. I look forward to hearing from you!
