I am a solution focused, mindfulness oriented, relationship therapist and behavioral wellness coach dedicated to human flourishing, providing online therapy and behavioral wellness coaching to both individuals and couples. I see clients exclusively by online video, providing convenience, security, flexibility and easy access. I am passionate about creating new models for delivery of psychotherapy and behavioral wellness coaching through web-based technology and reimagining traditional psychotherapy delivery models in ways that remove barriers to access and reduce the stigma associated with emotional / cognitive suffering.
I provide mindfulness oriented, holistic, and strength-based psychotherapy and coaching to a diverse array of clients including assessment and treatment in individual therapy, couples therapy, and group therapy. I work with clients who are struggling with a wide array of mental and emotional suffering including anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, grief and loss, end-of-life, family therapy, substance abuse, and existential/spiritual Issues.
