Blair Lord
Clinical Social Worker - LCSW
I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Eagle Rock, Los Angeles with over 10 years experience providing mental health therapy. I am focused on holistic and practical approaches to care through a blend of talk therapy, nutrition, energy management, biofeedback, and nervous system regulation.
In session, I focus on building positive relationships. We will go on a journey of understanding your nervous system and how it has responded in times of danger and safety. Together, we work to build pathways forward, to heal and nurture your nervous system into a state of wellness and connectedness.
I work with people across California with chronic illness, neurodivergence, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Many of my clients identify as spoonies. A spoonie is someone who experiences chronic illness. Most of my client’s are womxn and non-binary folks experiencing life stressors such as career, relationships, or family dynamics while also managing pain, trauma, and feelings of anxiety, disconnection, or loneliness.
