I work with folks to create positive stories about themselves and their lives. If you experience stress, anxiety, mild to moderate depression, or are looking to use therapy as a regular part of self-care we may be a good fit. I also work with many people with chronic medical conditions and work together with clients on how to integrate these conditions into a healthy part of self.
I approach therapy with gentleness and compassion. By building a relationship, therapy can become a safe and collaborative space for you to heal and grow. Together, we will prioritize your goals and find new ways of approaching thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I use an inquisitive and narrative approach, building positive and empowering ideas about self.
