Are you a new mom who feels like something is just not quite right? Has starting a family been different than you imagined it would be? Has your new role and all the new feelings you’re experiencing left you feeling overwhelmed? Has the journey to becoming a parent been a difficult one? Trust your instincts. Transitioning into becoming a parent can be filled with joy and excitement but can also be a time filled with stress, frustration, fear and even sometimes heartbreak.
I take a holistic approach to therapy and honor the interconnectedness of the body, mind and spirit, and tailor therapy to fit the unique needs of every client.I enjoy working alongside individuals, couples and families on their unique journeys through trying to conceive, pregnancy, the postpartum period and whatever comes next. By creating a warm and non-judgmental environment, I allow clients to explore their innermost feelings and emotions as they move towards a life full of happiness and fulfillment.
