Beth Tiras
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist -
I believe we each hold the capacity for healing and personal growth, and at times, we all need help navigating through the barriers in our journey of continual transformation.
Together, you and I will work together to decrease pain, fear, and problematic beliefs and behaviors, by gaining a deeper understanding of your emotional experiences and how they impact the way you relate to yourself and to the world.
Through guided exploration, my goal is to help you develop a stronger sense of identity and empowerment, so you can develop more fulfilling relationships and live a more authentic life. I’ve had the privilege of working with people of numerous different cultures and backgrounds. I’ve worked with people struggling with different issues and diagnoses including depression, severe anxiety, bipolar disorder, interpersonal difficulties and trauma. Having worked in eating disorder treatment centers for 10 years, I am especially skilled at helping people with food and body related issues.
