Beth Pilcher

Therapist -

You’re pretty good at putting on a smile and keeping it together on the outside. But inside, you are filled with self-doubt, fears about the future, and the constant question of whether you are good enough. You overthink everything and often push your feelings to the side, trying hard not to be seen as “too sensitive.” You’re really hard on yourself, and it’s exhausting. Maybe it’s even started to take a toll on your relationships, social life, and overall happiness. All you really want is to be able to relax and be comfortable with who you are– but it just doesn’t feel that easy.

You’re ready to quiet down that inner-critic and shift to a place where you feel capable, secure, and able to fully embrace who you are. You’ve got a lot of great things going on in your life, and you want to be able to fully enjoy them without that voice of shame or doubt getting in the way. That’s what I’m here to help with.

I provide in-person services to people locally, and video counseling to people throughout SC. Therapy doesn’t have to feel stuffy. Laughter, tears, cursing, sarcasm– all is welcome in my office. I’ve been where you are, and I know what it’s like to feel stuck. Head to my website for more information, or reach out now for a consultation!
