You are stuck feeling, thinking or behaving in certain ways that aren’t helping you live your best life.While medications can be helpful, they are not the full picture. The best thing you can do for yourself is to find someone with whom you can talk about your thoughts and feelings without judgment.We will be focused on YOU – your hopes, fears, beliefs, doubts – everything is open to discussion.
