Clinical Mental Health Counselor -
We all have times when we feel stuck, when the strategies we’ve used to cope stop working. Are you feeling exhausted? Trapped in a situation you can’t change? Maybe you feel hopeless, irritable, confused, numb–or something else. Whatever you are experiencing, you are not alone. There is hope for you to feel better–to find new energy, peace, and happiness. My purpose is to provide you with a space of safety and acceptance where you can slow down, get honest with yourself, get to the root of the problem, and begin to move forward with new insight, tools, and self-acceptance.
I practice person-centered counseling and believe that the supportive, safe, validating relationship between counselor and client creates a space where change happens almost unconsciously. You will begin to perceive new options, open up, feel less defensive, find new ways of being and behaving, and experience a new sense of your own worth and capability.
My style is warm, relational, and deeply accepting. It is crucial for you to find a counselor with whom you feel comfortable, connected, and safe. I invite you to contact me and explore whether I may be the right counselor to accompany and guide you on your journey of healing and growth. I wish you the best!
