Barb Nasser-Gulch
Counselor -
Hi! I’m Barb. My passion is helping women who feel insecure, reactive, guilty, overwhelmed, and confused become audacious and true with themselves and others. Do you feel lost? Angry and resentful? Are you hard on yourself? Do you worry all the time, compare yourself, and wonder how other people seem to handle it all? Do you ever feel like you should be able to figure life out, but somehow can’t? I can help. I specialize in helping women solve their unique problems.
I earned an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Western Michigan University in 2020 and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan in 1989. I have completed post-graduate training as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional because I believe unhealed trauma underlies many of the difficult issues people struggle with daily.
I have been divorced, struggled with depression and anxiety most of my life, experienced childhood trauma and healed. I have been there, and that’s why I became a counselor! Therapy is an investment in you, your life, and your future. Visit audaciousandtruecounseling.com to learn more and get started with a free 15-minute consultation. Online appointments available Monday – Thursday.
