My training Cognitive Behavioral, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness Based Therapies allows me to offer you concrete solutions and teach you skills. My goal is to help you transform yourself and your life into it’s fullest potential!I have over 30 years of providing mental health services in our community. I provide individual, group, and couples therapy services to adults. I sees clients for a broad range of circumstances and challenges including but not limited too; depression, anxiety, substance abuse and co-occurring disorders, eating disorders, marital issues, stress and anger management, personal growth, spiritual issues, and life transitions.
