Bailey Sims
Resident Therapist - LMHCA
I work with adults, adolescents, and children who are experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, relationship issues, adjustments & transitions, anger, self-esteem, body image concerns, religious trauma, and spiritual concerns. I strive to embody both cultural humility and multiculturalism, creating a safe space that supports BIPOC, LGBTQI+, and all people.
As a certified yoga teacher and psychotherapist resident, I offer a holistic approach to mental health and wellness using body-oriented and mindfulness-based approaches to therapy. Connecting the mind and body helps us emerge as beautifully whole individuals. My goal is to aid my clients in connecting with their inner strength, bodies, and whole self.
My practice is an eclectic and integrative mix of psychodynamic, humanistic, existential and cognitive behavioral theories. Our time together can take many shapes and during our first session we will explore your desires, needs, and goals for therapy to find the best option for you
