I have been in the mental health field for more than four years. My primary focus is to help those with depression and anxiety. I have experience in working with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and geriatrics. I have experience in various techniques to help my clients resolve their problems. However, my main approach is cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), holistic, and existential.
