Autumn Clark
Counselor -
Do you feel like your life is dominated by anxieties, fears, sadness, substances, or a lack of growth? If so, I truly want to help! Hello, I’m Autumn Clark, I hold a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and am a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I am under supervision as I pursue licensure. I work with adults from all walks of life, including those navigating the complexities of addiction, anxiety, depression, acceptance, grief, and major life transitions.
My therapeutic approach is integrated and flexible, grounded in person-centered, strengths-based, and cognitive-behavioral therapies. At the heart of my work is the belief that you are the expert of your own experience—and that healing begins when you feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment.
I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where you can breathe a little easier, safely share what you’ve experienced, and begin to uncover the resilience that may have felt too distant to ever achieve. Whether you’re seeking growth, rebuilding after hardship, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, I’m here to walk alongside you, at your pace.
