Ashley Wright
Counselor -
I strongly believe that your struggles are personal to you. You’re not just a “trauma victim” or a “person with anxiety/depression” you are unique and require personalized treatment. Reading about how to better yourself is great but your experience, view of the world, and reactions require person-centered treatment. Whether it is to gain more information about how trauma has affected you personally, to practice anxiety management, emotional regulation, or to simply have someone to talk to that is what you want. I am a flexible counselor who enjoys seeing the progress that my clients make.I can offer private pay online mental health services to help those that struggle with transportation to and from appointments or who struggle with a flexible schedule. By doing private pay I offer clients the opportunity to receive care they want without insurance dictating what kind of care they should have. I know that feeling of sitting in the shower staring at the water falling and asking yourself “do I have the strength to get through this.” You do have the strength! I promise you that so long as you have a goal, so long as you know you want to go from point A to point B, I can provide the directions you just have to hit the gas pedal.
