Ashley Hamm

Counselor - Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP)

Hi, I’m Ashley Hamm, and I’m a licensed professional counselor serving residents throughout Texas over video and in person in my Houston, Texas office. I specialize in working with people who are leaving/have left a religion, who are choosing not to have children, or who are questioning diet culture and working to accept their bodies as they are. The common thread among my clients struggling with these issues is a fear of disappointing others and a hesitancy to set boundaries, but also a desire to live more authentically. I help people like you build more compassion for yourself, better boundaries, and more clarity on what you want.
