Welcome. It takes a lot of courage to share your story and I admire you. One of my goals as a therapist is to create a warm and safe space. Creating a therapeutic alliance based on safety and trust is foundational for change and healing. I stand in openness and empathy towards my clients and encourage compassion and honesty as they look within and work at getting to know themselves and grow their capacity to think about their inner life.
I have experience working with individuals and families in various settings including residential rehabs, inpatient and outpatient with children and adults. My therapeutic approach is oriented towards a psychodynamic and psychoanaytic psychotherapy framework.
