Arianna Smith

Licensed Professonal Counselor - LPC, EMDR

I believe that, deep down, you are intuitively oriented towards wholeness and growth. I believe that you are capable of tremendous change. If you are reading this, chances are, a small part of you believes this, too.

I help Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) learn to cope with overwhelm, find belonging, and embrace their unique place in the world.
I support LGBTQIA+ survivors of abuse and trauma as they embark on a healing journey to reclaim their voice and identity.
I teach HSPs and LGBTQIA+ survivors how to create and maintain deep and meaningful connections with themselves and others.

When you enter my practice, I want you to know this is a place where you can be truly seen and accepted for who you are. I want to support you in becoming the best version of yourself, while also honoring that who you are, in this exact moment, is perfect.

I am passionate about minimalism and this is interwoven into my practice by challenging you to identify and explore your values and the essential components of your life. I support you in getting rid of what is no longer serving you – be they thought patterns, relationships, employment, or possessions.

I look forward to hearing from you!
