Anne Rice
Psychotherapist - LPC, LMHC
Sometimes we feel so overwhelmed in life, we cope by becoming detached and withdrawn from the people and things in our lives that we care about. We begin to feel unlovable and like we aren’t good enough. Sometimes this manifests as anxiety and a struggle to feel settled. Other times it feels more like depression and an overwhelming sense of loneliness. My goal is to create a safe place where you can get to know and feel comfortable with yourself. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the basis for success and you deserve a space where you can feel accepted and heard. From there, skills can be learned that can put you on the path to living the life you want.
I have an online client portal to make things as simple as possible where you can view my availability, book appointments, and sign and view forms.

Although I do not accept insurance, I do offer super bills that you can file with your insurance if you have Out of Network benefits.
