Anna Dziechowski
Psychotherapist - LCAT, MT-BC
Through the therapeutic process, I support clients to identify what creates fulfillment in their lives. I work from an empowerment and strengths based lens when addressing anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. In my practice I integrate visual art, somatic techniques, and mindfulness.
I believe that a good therapist combines validation, warmth, and acceptance, while simultaneously providing feedback and new perspectives. You deserve a space to feel heard by someone who understands you in a nonjudgmental environment, where you can fully express yourself throughout any challenges or successes.
As a Latinx therapist, I believe that it’s important to understand the cultural context around mental health and how we explore identity. I am inspired most by Esther Perel’s work regarding intimacy and often work with women who feel anxious in relationships. I also draw from Buddhist psychotherapy and self-compassion techniques. I look forward to connecting with you.
