Anna Bradshaw
Psychotherapist - LCSW, M.Div.
You’re a woman who has her life together. You’re used to people relying on you because you are strong and you know you can handle it. But something unexpected blew that apart: a death, a career change, a move, a baby, a diagnosis, a family thing. Whatever it is, this is all new. You are used to being able to manage whatever came your way. And you like that part of yourself. And on the outside things look mostly the same, but inside your foundations are shaken. Things are moving so fast that it feels like you can’t stop to rest and regroup, but you also fear you can’t hold on much longer. And you just don’t feel comfortable sharing this part of yourself with the people around you.
What you need is to be supported to get back on track and it’s right in front of you. In therapy, you will have a warm, confidential, accepting place where you can look at the tender parts of yourself that you protect from the view of others. You can sort through what just happened and how you want to move forward. I assure you that you can put these pieces together again and it will be even better and satisfying than it was before. I’ve done this work in my own life and it’s my passion to help other women like you do the same. If you are ready to give yourself the support you need, I would love to partner with you. In therapy, you have a companion to help you sort through the pieces of your life, rebuild things and celebrate your wins along the way.
You don’t have to keep going this way. Call or text and let me know you’re ready to get the help you need.
