Most of my clients have discovered they are empathic in nature, and some of them say they are introverted. The two aspects of a woman’s identity often go together. This nature of being is the root of being a little more anxious in life. A majority of women give and give and give! I’m sure you get the picture. It’s easy to wear yourself out putting everyone else first.You may have had health problems related to wearing yourself out. Perhaps family/friends tell you you’re selfish for looking after yourself. (You’re not!) Givers need to set boundaries. I can help you figure out what best works for YOU.Most everyone on the planet is living a stressful life, and you may likely be feeling that. Worry and ruminating thoughts can dominate your life landscape. You may be feeling those emotions in your stomach and chest. It can often feel difficult to take in a breath or even eat!
