Anju Davidson

Psychologist - PhD

I’m a licensed counseling psychologist who empowers women and young adults to take charge of their lives, strengthen their personal relationships, and navigate life transitions. I help people who feel disconnected and stuck; but hold themselves back because they are faced with self doubt, fear, and real and perceived barriers in their lives.I collaborate with people so that they can figure out and use their biggest strengths, reach their potential, and live their lives authentically. I know from my work with hundreds of diverse young adults and women that I can help you live the life you dream of. I believe that connection and living authentically are part of healing and happiness. I use evidence based theories and treatments to address your concerns and help you reach your goals.I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds including those from racial and ethnic minority groups and the LGBTQ community. I strive to create a judgment free space where people can feel safe to explore and share their concerns. Colleagues and clients have described me as strengths based, warm, collaborative, detail oriented, trustworthy and culturally focused.
