Anisha Holden
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist -
There is no question that life has been coming at us all hard lately. Forcing us to change in ways we could have never predicted. Transition is never easy, but it is even more complicated when you factor in trauma, depression, fear or any of the other possible roadblocks that are common in life. It is normal to respond to “new” with uncertainty, sadness, or even anger. These changes, and the reactions to them, can cause issues within a relationship (including parenting), sleepless nights, acting out, indecision and prolonged sadness. Allow me to collaborate with you to explore change and transition, and resolve/process those feelings or thoughts that are making you feel nervous, down, overwhelmed or uncomfortable. Helping others is my passion and I enjoy tailoring treatment to fit the individual or collective needs of the client/couple/family. While I’ve been in practice, I’ve had the pleasure of working with clients of varying age, ability, socioeconomic status, education, gender and ethnicity/nationality. One thing that has been made clear in this time, is that nobody is exempt from hardships. So if you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or you’re tired of going in circles reach out today.
