I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist located in central Fremont. I am particularly passionate about helping people learn how to have greater self-acceptance, letting go of shame, self-hate and self-judgment once and for all. My special focus is on grief and loss, low self-esteem, relationship struggles and women’s issues.
I care deeply about helping clients experience greater contentment, love and fulfillment in their lives. My role as a therapist is not just my career, it is a big part of who I am. I would enjoy helping you find hope and healing in the midst of your greatest challenges.
