Amy Bruce
Clinical Social Worker/Therapist -
You may feel overwhelmed with feelings of sadness, loneliness, disconnection from loved ones, frustration, or a lack of motivation. Or you may be experiencing panic attacks that leave you unable to participate in daily life. I help by providing a warm, nonjudgmental space to talk about feelings. My approach to therapy is psychodynamic, meaning that I help make connections between what happens in your life and your innermost beliefs, desires, and wants. My hope for you is that you feel seen, understood and accepted for exactly who you are. I believe in the power of relationships to effect change, and that a warm and empathic relationship with me as your therapist will give you the support you need to work toward the life you want and deserve.
