Empower your Mind Therapy is a group practice that focuses on self-esteem, relationships, life transitions, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy in the assistance of Client’s who have mental health distress such as bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression, anxiety, ASD, Suicidal thoughts, self-harm behaviors, and eating disorders. We also specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ community and multicultural and intersectional identities.
We are Health at Every Size (HAES) counselors who specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy to guide our clients to a more fulfilling life where they can think differently, do more and worry less.
