You face challenges each and every day. At times, these struggles get to a point when you can no longer handle or manage them. Some things in life are not meant to be faced by yourself, and that’s where I come in. My passion is helping those who feel as though the weight of their struggles is too much and those who are in need of support in their life to make a change. Sometimes we all need a little help to get to where we would like to be.
My style of therapy is collaborative — you are the expert of your life. I believe it is important to work together in order to achieve your goals. I use an eclectic approach, which means the therapy is truly tailored to you and your unique needs depending on the problem, your goals, and your expectations.
I am compassionate, supportive, and structured while also flexible, professional and ethical. My goal is to provide you with a safe place where we can work together to reach your goals. Together we can work on building your internal resources, get unstuck, and create a life worth living.
