You’re ready to have healthier relationships with yourself, others, and the world around you. You’re looking to feel less anxiety, heal from trauma, and be more emotionally regulated instead of feeling so many highs and lows. You want to feel like you’re finally thriving instead of just surviving day-to-day. You want to feel seen and to find and use your voice to communicate your needs and wants to those around you. You want to be able to accept and to love yourself and to feel a greater connection between your mind and your body. You want to be able to be present instead of feeling stuck in your past or anxious about your future.
I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and eating disorders and am trained in Brainspotting and Safe and Sound Protocol (a music therapy intervention). I am active in sessions with providing psychoeducation and having us practice new skills together. You can expect homework as we work to strengthen your body-mind connection and regulate your nervous system.
I have passion for meeting people where they’re at and helping them move towards change. I bring enthusiasm and hope into sessions and meet you with compassion and common humanity. I am honored to be a part of your journey of healing and want to provide a supportive space to help guide you towards greater regulation and a healthier self and relationships.
