During this current season of change and uncertainty, it can be hard to know how to find our footing. It feels like life has turned sideways. I believe that while we are built for resiliency, we can often feel “stuck”. Are you struggling to make sense of this new, temporary “normal”? Are your children struggling to make sense of all of these life changes? Finding a path forward is possible.
I have 12+ years experience working with individuals, children, and families, with special interests and experience in working with younger children, parenting, and mood disorders. I draw from a variety of therapy techniques, with a strong focus on self-kindness and normalizing the difficulties experienced.I find that the journey you take in exploring new ways of interacting with others can be daunting. Together, we will unpack any thoughts, feelings, and experiences that are no longer serving you or your relationships. I look forward to supporting and empowering you and your family as you discover a new way of walking through life.
