Facing a life change? Tired? Want relief? Seeking clarity? Hello and welcome. Psychotherapy offers a space for you to grow: to know yourself, to expand, to be brave. I work with you to strengthen your capacity to experience ease and curiosity, and to move with intention.
Facing a life change?
I work with people in transition. They’ve moved for a relationship, a job, or school. They’re worried that they’ll crack under the pressure without their familiar surroundings or loved ones close by.
When you’re making a move (geographic or otherwise) and you’re feeling overwhelmed, I provide a calm and attentive space and the therapeutic tools to support your well-being as you muddle through and level-up.
Tired?
I work with people who are tired. They’re exhausted. Their bodies are telling them to rest. And this scares them. They fear that if they lie down, they won’t be able to get up again. They won’t be able to care for the people they love. For the people who depend on them.
When your family doctor has run all the tests and these come back clear, I provide a warm, respectful, and confidential space for you to attend to your well-being and to show up in your life as you desire.
Want relief?
I work with people seeking relief. They keep busy. But when their days slow down, their thoughts pick up. Painful memories and fears rush in. They clench their jaws. They scroll through their phones.
When you’re ready for a change, I provide a space to pause and pivot. Together, we use the therapeutic hour to slow down, to better understand what you’re seeking relief from and to take steps toward peace.
Seeking clarity?
I work with people who don’t know what they want. They wonder what they’re doing and why they’re doing it. They wonder about how their patterns are adding to their pain and/or boosting their well-being.
When you’re ready to invest in yourself and thereby in each relationship and venture, I provide a launching site, a space to be curious and bold.
