Allison Lieberman

Marriage & Family Therapist -

You feel alone, frustrated, scared, unprepared, out of control, sad, and stressed. You’re afraid of judgment, failure, your own thoughts, or being misunderstood. Everyone makes parenting look so easy. My friends didn’t seem to struggle with becoming new moms. If I really loved my baby, I wouldn’t be thinking these things or feeling this way.
When I help women struggling with postpartum depression and anxiety, I first start by creating a non-judgmental, safe space. Then, I help you understand and adapt your negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in order to improve your overall mood and reduce anxiousness. We’ll work together to identify your needs and to communicate them more effectively.
Once you are able to fill your emotional tool box, you can navigate a smoother journey throughout motherhood. Asking for help is the hardest part. Feel free to check out my website and reach out today for a free 15-minute consultation. I help people just like you, struggling with postpartum depression and anxiety, everyday.
