Allison Doyle
Clinical Social Worker/Therapist -
The “nothing is ever good enough” feeling won’t go away by doing more. It’s something I notice all the time working with millennials. We tend to approach our challenges by doing more rather than slowing down and noticing what’s going on inside of ourselves. Whether you’re single or partnered, starting a family or wondering about life without kids, frustrated about where you are now, or just hung up on what the heck comes next, I want you to know – I hear you. You can think of therapy with me as a safe environment where you can start showing up more fully for yourself.
Hey, I’m Allison and I’m a therapist in the Seattle area that works with millennial women, mothers, and couples who don’t always have their sh!t together. Spoiler alert: that’s everyone. As a millennial myself, the basis of my work is not just clinical – it’s the shared perspective and lived experiences that have completely shaped our generation.
My own personal and professional experiences have led me to become a therapist. Building a safe and inclusive therapy space means finding my blind spots, unlearning and challenging my oppressor parts, and committing to embodiment of social justice in all aspects of life. It is my honor to share in the struggles and successes of the human experience with you.
